Track 2: Advanced Culinary Techniques

Join Rat’s Culinary Team headed by Executive Chef Edward Crochet for Advanced Culinary techniques.  In each class, the Rat’s culinary team will present and teach three advanced culinary techniques to enhance your repertoire as a home chef. In addition, Rat’s own wine expert will present wine and beverage pairings to help you select the perfect complement to your meal. 

Session 1 (Mondays): Feb. 5, 12, 19, & 26   6:00 PM

Session 2 (Tuesdays): Feb. 6, 13, 20, & 27   6:00 PM

Advanced Culinary Techniques is offered on Monday (session one) and Tuesday (session two) evenings beginning at 6:00 PM. Tuition for each four-week session is $375 per student, must be pre-paid, and is non-refundable. Class size is limited to 14 students per session. Registration fills up quickly. Choose your track and your session.
