Track 1: Regional Italian Cuisines

Join Rat’s Culinary Team headed by Executive Chef Edward Crochet for the eighth season of cooking classes at Rat’s Restaurant. This year the culinary team will teach you how to prepare dishes from the great regions of Italy. In addition, Rat’s own wine expert will present wine and beverage pairings to help you select the perfect complement to your meal. 

Session 1 (Tuesdays): Jan. 9, 16, 23, & 30   6:00 PM

Session 2 (Wednesdays): Jan. 10, 17, 24 & 31   6:00 PM 

Regional Italian Cuisines is offered on Tuesday (session one) and Wednesday (session two) evenings beginning at 6:00 PM. Tuition for each four-week session is $375 per student, must be pre-paid, and is non-refundable. Class size is limited to 14 students per session. Registration fills up quickly. Choose your track and your session.
